Contribution of shares to your personal holding
You transfer the shares of your company to a holding company that you control 100%. This operation is fiscally neutral.
Transfer of shares by your holding
Your holding sells the shares contributed and realizes a capital gain whose taxation is deferred over time thanks to the 150-0 B Ter system.
Reinvesting in startups with Blast
