Claims

Blast. provides members with a procedure for handling and managing claims which aims to harmonize treatments and facilitate exchanges between members and Blast.

If you want to make a claim, please fill in the form available here, in French. Also, please prepare all the supports, contracts or documents justifying the reason for the claim and the possible harm. This form and any appendices must then be sent by email to the following address: contact@blast.club.

The Blast. company will acknowledge receipt of the claim within a maximum of 7 days from its receipt. It may ask you for additional information as part of its investigation relating to your deposit. A response will then be provided to you within a maximum of 30 days.
