based on performance

Like traditional investment funds, Blast. charges a 20% performance fee on the profits you make. We only earn if you make a profit.

3 to 5% structuring fee

Depending on membership level, only once per investment.

1% operating costs per year

Billed to the investment vehicle managed by Blast. Limited to 5 years ((compared with 7 to 10 years for a conventional fund).

20% profit-sharing

Only in case of resale profit. We only earn if you make a profit.
