Lack of risk coverage

‍

Investing in a crowdfunding project involves risks, including the risk of partial or total loss of invested capital.

‍

Your investment is not covered by deposit insurance schemes established in accordance with Directive 2014/49/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council.

‍

Your investment is also not covered by the investor compensation schemes established in accordance with the Directive 97/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (point 22).

‍

You may not receive any return on your investment.

‍

It is not a savings product and we recommend that you do not invest more than 10% of your net assets in crowdfunding projects.

‍

You may not be able to sell investment instruments when you want to. If you are able to sell them, you may still incur losses.

‍

Managing conflicts of interest

‍

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Blast has established a procedure for managing conflicts of interest. The Blast company has no participation in any crowdfunding offer on its platform.

‍

Blast does not accept as project leaders in connection with crowdfunding services on its crowdfunding platform any of the following persons:

a) its partners who hold 20% or more of the share capital or voting rights;

‍

b) its directors or employees;

‍

c) any natural or legal person linked to these partners, managers or employees by a controlling relationship within the meaning of Article 4 (1), point 35) (b), of Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Internal procedures have been put in place by BLAST to ensure compliance with these rules.
